At InTimber, we can not only help you with deciding which wood to use for which designs but also we can source it for you after comparing the prices of hundreds of vendors across the nation.
We not only compile the chain of custody documents for each piece of raw wood that we source, but we also offer to season the wood, treat it for woodworms, and size it to perfection (as per your requirement) so that you don’t have to.
With us by your side, you can enjoy the safety and comfort of an in-house seasoning, treatment, and machining facility, without having to invest in the machinery or the set-up space.
With InTimber, you do not have to worry about any minimum order quantities and we can show you the wood before you purchase it on a video call or in person so that you are in the loop and fully informed through the entire process.

InTimber comes from the house of InTrading. The InTrading team has over 20 years of experience in exporting and manufacturing solid wood and engineered wood furniture. At InTrading, we take pride in consciously engineering our products and manufacturing line to reduce our ecological footprint. We balance functionality with design sensibility to introduce timeless pieces into the market, that are strong enough to last a lifetime. Our design team focuses on knock-down and flat-pack pieces that are easy to assemble, making our products extremely export-friendly in terms of freight rates and product quality.
At InTrading, we are continuously conducting experiments on raw materials to see which processes they can withstand and to try to learn for ourselves how to increase longevity and reduce the cost of furniture without compromising on functionality or design. Our team keeps up to date with the latest hardware and machinery in the woodworking and metal industry so that we can advise our customers on the technicalities of furniture and improve the average overall engineering and quality of the furniture that is in circulation across the world. When we say our products are consciously engineered, we really mean it!
Our experienced team members know exactly which woods to use for which types of constructions, which types of carvings, and which kind of finishing, depending on their density and their natural features so that we can reduce the machining and finishing costs for our customers by leveraging rather than tackling the natural features of the wood in our designs. We also avoid quality issues such as chipping in intricate pieces, grain reversal/uneven staining in natural finishes, and color variations between pieces because of our expertise in wood technology.
At InTrading, we believe in giving back, period. We want to give back to the earth for providing for us, give back to our customers for trusting us, and give back to our community and team members for supporting us. Not only are our manufacturing units in smaller towns to provide employment to the local minority populations, but also we try to employ as many women as possible to do our part in the empowerment of Indian women.
All InTrading team members have access to a state-of-the-art gym which is all paid for by the management. InTrading also provides freshly cooked food to all workers and office staff in the company canteens at very subsidized rates; InTrading team members only have to pay 20% of the cost of the meal and the rest of the 80% is paid for by the management. The community enrichment venture aims to ensure that no team members have to worry about their health, fitness, and wellness once they are associated with InTrading.
